Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the donation date. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

1.4 Processing Refunds:

2. Event Registration and Ticket Refunds

 

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds for event registrations or tickets are generally not provided unless:

  • The event is canceled or rescheduled.

  • A significant change is made to the event that prevents attendance.

  • Other exceptional circumstances as determined by The Giving Genie.

 

2.2 Timeframe for Refund Requests: 

Refund requests for event registrations or tickets must be submitted within 14 days of the original event date.

2.4 Processing Refunds:

Refunds for eligible event cancellations or changes will be processed within 10 business days of approval, using the original payment method.

 

3. Merchandise Refunds

 

3.1 Eligibility for Refunds: 

We offer refunds for merchandise purchased through our website under the following conditions:

  • The item was received damaged or defective.

  • The wrong item was shipped.

  • The item is returned in unused and original condition within 30 days of purchase.
